Shipping and returns
Everything you need to know about how we deliver your order and how you can return products if needed.
Shipping information
We deliver within Romania in 3–5 business days. For international orders, the timeframe varies between 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Free delivery applies to payments made by card. For cash-on-delivery orders, the shipping cost is shown in the cart before you complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) processed securely through Netopia, as well as Cash on Delivery (Ramburs) for orders within Romania. For card payments, you can request a refund directly to your card if needed.
Returns and exchanges
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from www.pulchra.ro, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return them to us for a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame will not be accepted.
Please take care when trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all PULCHRA tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Before your parcel leaves our atelier, it is fully checked by our team. However, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged, please contact us immediately.
PULCHRA will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Made-to-measure dresses cannot be returned.
- Email office@pulchra.ro or call 0750 283 089 to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number with your request.
- Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.
- Send the package to our atelier address (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s). Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you.
Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid. Wire transfer refunds usually take place within 10-15 days. The refund will only be issued to the same account from which the wire transfer payment was made for the order.
Please be aware that international customs duties and taxes are not refundable.
Yes. If the size isn't right, you can request an exchange under the same conditions as a standard return — within 14 days, item unworn. Made-to-measure dresses cannot be exchanged.
